1. About the service

Flution is an AI-powered IELTS and English practice platform offering speaking practice, mock speaking exams, writing feedback, pronunciation training, and voice chat. The service is provided at app.flutionai.com by FLUVIAS CO., LTD (tax code: 0111073733).

2. Eligibility

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable Vietnamese or international law.
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights or incites hatred or violence.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized data scraping.
• Intentionally harm the system or other users.

5. Intellectual property

All service content (interface, AI models, materials, design) is owned by Flution or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

Content you create (text, audio recordings) remains your property. You grant Flution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this content in order to provide and improve the service.

6. Plans and billing

Flution offers a free plan with a monthly practice allowance that resets each month. Any paid plans will be clearly described before payment, including the billing cycle, refund policy, and cancellation terms.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, after giving 7 days' notice (except in cases of serious violations). You may delete your account at any time from the settings or by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or entirely accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Flution is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business losses arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by your registered email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the new Terms.
