1. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing flutionai@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order or transaction reference. Refunds are reviewed and issued by our payment provider, back to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
